Delivery Charges

Our delivery fees , which include shipping & packaging, are as follows:

We deliver all over the UK, directly to your door either by our own fleet of refrigerated vans or by our courier partner - Royal Mail.

Order before midnight on Sunday to guarantee your delivery between Thursday and Saturday.

Preparing/Packaging your Order for Despatch + Notifications

We will carefully prepare your order one day prior to your selected delivery day. When your order has been prepared and packed, you will receive a notification by email informing you that we are getting ready to send your order out for delivery.

Every order is hand packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Our Royal Mail orders are packed in kerbside recyclable cardboard boxes with temperature-controlled liners, dry ice or ice packs. Our tried and tested packaging will keep your items chilled/frozen during its journey to you and for up to 72 hours.

Our orders which are delivered direct by our helpful drivers, will be in a tray with a plastic liner, similar to a supermarket delivery.

All our orders are despatched with a order slip which details your order. If your order happens to be a gift there are no prices detailed and you can add a personalised message on here too, just leave it at checkout.

Your Delivery Notification email will state whether your order is being delivered on one of our own van fleet, or by Royal Mail.

Gift Packaging and Gift Cards

Fully Trackable Deliveries with Royal Mail

We send our parcels by Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (this service guarantees delivery by 1pm on your selected date. Should your items be delayed, we will refund your delivery fee where applicable.) This service requires a signature and can not be left otherwise. If no one is at home between the delivery window they will re deliver the order the next working day.

You will receive an SMS or email notification the evening prior of your delivery day with relevant tracking information. Aberdeenshire Larder Van Delivery Schedule

We deliver to the following areas in our own refrigerated vans -

ABERDEEN/SHIRE - THURSDAY'S

ANGUS & FIFE – FRIDAY'S

BANFF & BUCHAN – THURSDAY'S

INVERNESS/SHIRE – FRIDAY'S

If we cover your postcode on any of these days our helpful drivers will automatically deliver and check your order, ensuring everything is to your satisfaction (otherwise we will send it by Royal Mail). Deliveries can be made between 8am and 8pm and these deliveries are not tracked. If you aren’t going to be at home to receive the order or have any specific delivery instructions for our drivers (such as a 'safe place' ) please leave this information at the checkout stage, or contact us directly on [email protected]
