A family business set up fifteen years ago by the Baak family in the Scottish Highland village of Roy Bridge, all products are produced by hand and air dried.

This Chorizo is the latest addition offering from Great Glen: Scottish Wild Venison blended with the best Scottish Pork to produce a delicious meaty chorizo.

This product is great to use in cooking as it has more fat than the pure venison version, so it's great for traditional chorizo dishes, but equally tasty on an antipasti sharing plate.
